Returns & Refunds- Homebliss TechGear
- Returns are only accepted if the product meets the eligibility criteria (defective, damaged, or incorrect item delivered).
- Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with proper proof (unboxing video/photos).
- Products must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and accessories included.
- If a replacement is possible, we will process it first.
- Refunds are only applicable if replacement is not possible.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 working days after approval.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Homebliss TechGear reserves the right to reject returns/refunds if the product does not meet the return policy requirements.
