Returns & Refunds- Homebliss TechGear

  • Returns are only accepted if the product meets the eligibility criteria (defective, damaged, or incorrect item delivered).
  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with proper proof (unboxing video/photos).
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and accessories included.
  • If a replacement is possible, we will process it first.
  • Refunds are only applicable if replacement is not possible.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 working days after approval.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Homebliss TechGear reserves the right to reject returns/refunds if the product does not meet the return policy requirements.
