  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
  • By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Prices are listed in PKR and may be subject to change without notice.
  • Homebliss TechGear reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and product availability.
  • We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible; however, delays may occur due to courier services or external factors beyond our control.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible unless there is a specific, genuine reason approved by our support team.

5. Replacement Policy

  • We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery.
  • Products are eligible for replacement only if they are:
    1. Defective or damaged upon arrival.
    2. Incorrect product delivered.
  • To request a replacement, customers must provide proof (unboxing video/photos) within 7 days.
  • The product must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.

6. Warranty Policy

  • All products come with a 1-Year Company Warranty (as provided by the manufacturer/brand).
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    1. Physical damage, water damage, or misuse.
    2. Normal wear and tear.
    3. Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Homebliss TechGear is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use.
  • Customers are responsible for proper product handling and usage.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pakistan.
