Returns & Refunds
- Returns are only accepted if the product meets the eligibility criteria (defective, damaged, or incorrect item delivered).
- Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with proper proof (unboxing video/photos).
- Products must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and accessories included.
- If a replacement is possible, we will process it first.
- Refunds are only applicable if replacement is not possible.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 working days after approval.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- We deliver through trusted courier services across Pakistan, including TCS, Leopard Courier, M&P, Call Courier, and other reliable logistics partners.
- The choice of courier depends on the destination, product type, and service availability in your area.
2. Shipping Coverage
- We deliver to all major cities and towns in Pakistan.
- Remote areas may have longer delivery times depending on courier service coverage.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days for major cities.
- For remote or rural areas, delivery may take 5–7 working days.
- Delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or other external factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges may vary based on product weight, size, and delivery location.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
- From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
- You can track your order directly on the courier company’s official website.
6. Delivery Attempts
- The courier will make up to 2 attempts to deliver your package.
- If the package is not received after repeated attempts, it may be returned to us, and re-delivery charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
- Customers are advised to check the package at the time of delivery.
- If the product is damaged, tampered, or missing items, please report it to our support team within 24 hours with photos/video proof.
- Claims made after this period may not be entertained.
8. International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship within Pakistan.
- International shipping services are not available at this time.

5. Replacement Policy
- We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery.
- Products are eligible for replacement only if they are:
