• Remote areas may have longer delivery times depending on courier service coverage.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days for major cities.
• For remote or rural areas, delivery may take 5–7 working days.
• Delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or other external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges may vary based on product weight, size, and delivery location.
• Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
• From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

5. Order Tracking

6. Delivery Attempts

• The courier will make up to 2 attempts to deliver your package.
• If the package is not received after repeated attempts, it may be returned to us, and re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

• If the product is damaged, tampered, or missing items, please report it to our support team within 24 hours with photos/video proof.
